So I was a NPC this weekend. It was a delight hunting you all.
1.One of my biggest pros, I was using a skill wrong and wanted to thank Dustin Smith for correcting me. Often I find people can be a bit abraisive when this inevitably happens, he however was really patient about going over it.
Thank you.
2.I really loved the fey doors , the story was interesting and the fact that the mods were repped makes for some super unique gameplay.
Big cudos to anyone who touched my disgusting candy wrapper!
3.Cuddle bear
4.The costuming and props in npc camp have improved and they were very organized,I'm sure someone worked extremely hard to do that.
5.The amount of work you guys put into that wedding really showed.
My one con.
Take a little time when running to look at your surroundings.Or invest in a liquid light. Read up on proper method to handle a fall. I would also like to propose that whenever possible if a medical hold is called, that the situation is recreated when game on is called.
I could care less as an NPC.If however you were chasing someone in game and they took a spill it would be extremely important that you have time to finish them off in game.

So overall excellent.

1. I was expecting more deadly things which is unfortunate but happy, for as I lived!
2. I lived!
3. The medical marshal who assisted me was very patient with me after my fall and very attendant to my care. As were those who checked up on me several times. (Just a heads up to those, only hurts to jump or run at the moment so looking good).
4. I got to be very useful as a trap-smith. One of my worries as I came into game was that the player base themselves would not find me useful. SO HUGE THANKS TO PLOT!
5. Traps are fun, I am hoping that in the future people see traps as useful as other smiths and locks themselves for protecting their loot. Something about blowing up the person, trapping them, their weapons or lighting them on fire/acid etc on someone/group seems useful!
6. I did not manage to loot anything trap-smith material related. Well either people did not wish to share the stuff they did loot, or just none got sent out. Either or I can't hold it against you as I don't know and no one always gets something. I will just be saving up production for more 'fun' later.

Good:
1. SO MUCH FUN
2. Cuddle bear-- We need to see him more!
3. Getting Sage drunk off her ass-- I needed a nap.

Not so much:
1. Got Sage killed.
2. not enough Kolbolds....
3. Where was the hospital guards? Two doctors were killed side by side.
4. TO many people being Hurt-- please watch yourselves- I saw way to many people out of game after I died. Please Be more carefull.

Pros
+All of the players and shapers making sure people didn't end up frozen
+Being an NPC for Friday night, I got to be a part of some scary shit
+Being a banshee and screaming like crazy
+ALL THE NEW PEOPLE! You guys were fun to play with
+Banshee wedding, people at the tavern knew someone would mess it up
+The tavern food was such a wonderful thing with the event being so cold. Thank you Ivanna for your hard work!

Cons
-The Cold made things wrap up really early Sunday, with a lot of people leaving Saturday night. I understad why and that it couldn't be controlled
-The waiting for things to get rolling, not sure if npc or pc problem

What a freaky, scary, chilling and fantastic event. I had a great hallows experience here!

Pros:
+ Costuming!!! NPCs i never had a point where i wanted to ask "what do i see?". i could tell exactly what i saw in game. PC's brought their A game to even when restricted to the weather.

+ I found a glowing door and its all mine! *poof*

+ Another great game of who's loot "interrupt!"

+ Jack-o-lantern, you smiled upon this greedy goof!

+ Tent mates were great. always happy to share my tent.

+ Saw a lot of the site just running around solo. Go ahead, chase me into the bush.

+ Nice warm fire to socialize at

+ Nice use of fuel in game to let us fight some undead right off the start. Elemental blades for everyone but you need to do some steps to earn 3 swings

Cons:
- Any horror movie will show ya that if you trip, the bad things gonna get ya. But a number of people poofed out of danger. When faced with the option should i try taking another step knowing something is 2 feet from eating me or go to medical, what do you think they're going to choose. I'm not saying you don't have the right to be safe and check to make sure all your parts bend the right way still but wow, their we're a lot of people getting spirited away.
I've was injured pretty bad at a larp once before. This is my first year metal free since 2013 where i did a number to my leg. With that i know my limitations. Where to be safe and where i can take a chance. "wearing 30lbs of metal.... better not chance the leap". This is a very physically driven game and sometimes you're gonna write a check your body can't cash but c'mon, accept your cliche movie fate.

- if you're oog on medical and at the fire, please put on a white headband or remain silent when ig players arrive. This got crazy confusing over the saturday night.

- to many people escaped death do to medical calls

At the end of the day, i had a great time. Now we can wind down past this weekend of horrors to a more cheerful time of year where i aim to stop high winter again!

I had a ton of fun! As always. <3

+ Costumes on stuff were amazing! That fucking teddy bear scared the crap out of me, and Kyle looked terrifying as the fear... thing? I'm so sad I missed the pumpkin demons
+ Demons and ghosts, oh my! I felt so useful
+ Very scary shit went down
+ People were all very good about their characters dying from what I saw. Smile
+ I didn't actually go to any of the doors, but they seemed really cool
+ Not wiping the floor with us Saturday night
+ The Banshee groom constantly going "bleh"
+ That Einher who got ghouled. Was that the same guy? They were both hilarious
+ Hiding in the woods was fun/hearing all the "Sense Wounded"s
+ Leon is fucking hilarious, even when asleep
+ The tavern food was lovely
+ Thank you for the heater in the cabin!

- If you are out of game, please a) Wear a handband, b) Don't talk. Do not chat with people who are in game or sit at the fire, but especially please just be quiet
- If you are in game, please stay in game. There was so much out of game chatter for no good reason
- Garbage was -everywhere-
- I found the pacing a little rough - I wanted to stay out and make demon friends/mince meat, but I eventually got too cold each time and went inside. This is actually probably just a fault of my costume
- I tried to get tavern food 3 times and got sassed 2 times - if me knocking on the door to try to get some food is not the appropriate way to place an order, please just tell me rather than making non-helpful comments. On a related note, is knocking on the door not the right way to place an order? I don't want to be problematic
