Baruk Asking Questions (July 27 noon)

*Baruk stands in town center yelling* "It has been a few weeks and no one has mentioned anything yet. So what are we going to do about our recent problems involving Berphaunt and the Brood?!" *Baruk waits for a response*

-Wizwik comes out of the tavern with a plate of food and overheard Baruk- "...I dont know what plans we have with Berphaunt, but I'm sure the Brood problem has probably the same solution as all our other problems, we stabble all the brood to death..probably..." he sits down and enjoys his lunch

*Muninn stands with Baruk in town square quietly watching and listening*

"Why are you yelling and inciting panic in the center of town when we're already at war?

We have to get our own house in order first - folks have been telling me the brood can charm things. There are hundreds of orcs are on the island. A massive army waiting to be added to that of the brood if and when they get here.

Step one, to me, hasn't changed. Kill the orcs that are attacking us from the mountain."

*Jacob come out of the back of the tavern with some food in hand and is walking towards the noble pavilions*

" The lords and ladies are in talks with the council of twelve, and envoys have been sent to the different nations that we wish to ally our selves with. no one has been sitting on their hands for the last few weeks."

*shoves a piece of bread in his mouth and keeps walking*

"I thought the Fae where a bigger problem for Ralinwood?"

Alagossian sips at a cup of tea, nodding, "If the Brood are capable of charm magic, it would be logical to deal with the Orcs first. As it seems you have already been warring with them and are equipped to face them, this task is the best starting point. From there, those of higher rank and status will likely share their ideas and goals to see what adventurers can do while the military and navy handle the larger scale battles."

Lilith looks up from her seat at the tavern, away from her book. Her brow furrows as she listens to the conversation, then shakes her head and goes back to reading.

*Sven, who is laying on a bench raises his head and squints at Baruk, before pulling his hood over his face and laying back down*

"I agree that the orcs must be taken care of but now that we are at war with Berphaunt surely they also pose a threat. Say if we are to strike the orcs what about Emperor Louis' army? I doubt he will stand by and leave us alone to deal with our own problems..."
