This event was my favourite to date, it was fun and challenging.
Pros: - Every mod felt urgent, that if we failed that was that.
-Something for everyone. I sat around and watched riddles get solved, then went to go get the tools and items needed to help make sure we got the riddle right.
- So many unique traits to the mods. Like becoming undead and fighting undead even stronger than us! So much fun.
- It was a Fae game without the Fae being a constant nuisance and actually helping us, a nice change.
- Getting to honour the first foe to fell me when he was brought to final death, and fell me in melee combat, magic doesn't count!
Cons: The weather is not under your realm of control. So I have nothing to complain about.
MASSIVE PROPS- Curtis, you got me back into the game when I could barely move or feel my hands. I owe you big and you let me know the next game you're gonna be at. I'll bring you some delicious home baked treats to give you energy for killing us all!

Pros:
-having the big true fae walking around all day giving me chances to insult them to there face
-fighting the gremlins in the trees was fun
-the snow was a fun challenge to try and dance around in
-undead fight was cool
-the timings for the event worked out really well we started and ended right on time
Cons- the bits where it was just people sitting trying to solve the puzzle went on a bit long but that might have just been the puzzle being hard and needed a good amount of thought to go into it

This was my first Day Game event. I found it fun and a little difficult at first to get into character. Made quite a few mistakes, such as taking the damage wrong, and trying to remember the damage i had taken. It was a little confusing with the walking around at first from the tavern to the other cabins. Since i wasnt really sure what was going on. However once the action/fighting started it was quite exciting. And was really fun working with the other smiths to repair the armor of those who needed it. Along with breaking that chain with trying to die. As Grimnir Posted above snow was pretty deep, and moving/motion was limited. So it made moving around a little difficult, but its the weather.
Pros:
Cons:
-Weather (but thats out of your control)
-Confusing part of walking around from the tavern, to the hunting cabin and such (more so me just trying to get into character though)
Pro:
-All the interesting items found for the riddle
-The creatures/monsters we were up against
All and all a really fun event once i started to get into it. Trying to remember everything was a bit difficult at first, so i had to get a little help.

This was my first game in Ralinwood- and I will say I am super excited. I had a lot of of fun seeing the faces to everyone whom I had talked to.
Pro:
The riddle was confusing, but that made it even more fun for me.
I never ended up getting attack until the battles begin. (pro for me)
I loved the monsters and yeti.
The fae where awesome.
I got to shoot someone in the ass!!!
Con:
arrows suck at night- that made me very unless when we had to battle. (But once again that is my fault to)
(I will not say weather)
the lack of light as night- even finding the outhouse was an issue.

River RedClaw, mother of way to many.
often seen hiding behind the group.

cons: none! i liked the snow, got some great photos, it wasn't even as cold as i thought it was going to be
pros: all the things! i had a blast.
there were so many great winter costumes, it was great just watching people walk around.
being in npc camp, i got to hear more then i experienced, and all the different types of mods going on was great.
i especially liked being the winter fae... and messing up the prayer circle. TEE HEE.
it was also fun seeing all the new players! i hope you all come back to ralinwood ^___^

This was a super amazing game!
Pros:
+ Anthony, what you did for us after we showed up late having been in an accident was really kind and a very wonderful thing to do, thank you so much we really apreciate it!
+ All of the super amazing NPC costumes!!! So good!
+ angela your pixie was super fab, so adorable! Those melted wings, omg!
+ Silvie hates being indebted to a fae, but that undead mod when I got to break out claws for the first time was awesome.
+ Silvie hated all of the iron and true fae and charms, but OOG that plot was absolutely amazing!
+ brought enough warm gear that I actually had to strip down I was too warm, and the deep snow was actually really fun to struggle through for the day.
+ Blessings of Cassandra, thank you Cassandra. #PraiseCassan
+ getting to use charm break on someone else for the first time, so much fun!
+one more time YOUR NPC COSTUMES WERE SO GOOD OMG
cons:
-literally frozen dress made it really hard to get up out of the snow, and my bag didn't want to stay closed, but these are costume flaws that I now plan to fix. I don't think the shapers could have done anything differently!
- getting ganked after a shitty morning and literally being IG for 3 mins.

Of all the Day Mods this had to be my favourite!!
Pros::
++The amazing story!! Coolest one yet!!
++The ""Random Slow Fast Travel"" thing with the cabins and blizzard!! It was very fun RPing getting lost and getting separated from people 3 feet next to you..
++The Hospital,, as always!! We were short people so I had to actually hire on a person for the day and a new Guard member.. It''s also fun being in charge of the hospital,, even if it was just for a day..
++Seeing the Winter Versions of everyone''s outfits was cool!! ((Pun very much intended))
++Leading the Hospital in the Undead Fight!! That fight for us was hands down the crazies yet funnest fight to date!! Because over half of the town was Undead,, we couldn''t hand out heals like normal.. That had us focus on Combat instead!! That really changed up everything for us..
++Having more spells!! Actually being able to hand out more and more spells to people and seeing them have an effect..
++The Fae!! Just everything the Fae did,, good or bad,, was really really cool.. Like getting kidnapped by some Fae,, being saved by others,, and having to fight the others who weren''t saved!!
++The Puzzle!! While I didn''t help solve it,, nor was I part of the answer,, just having that looming over our head and the whole timing looking for the items were awesome!!
++Yelling back and forth with Vali!! Relaying what Vali yelled at us,, even though everyone with me could hear,, was just pure fun.. Rephrasing what a drunken Einher says with what Doyly would say was really entertaining..
++Fae Trades!! Twice Doyly made Trades with Fae and both times it was super fun!! First I gave a story for information,, and the second I gave an idea I REALLY wanted to get rid of,, along with the memory of ever having it,, for the Doll we needed.. Which was really fun RPing not knowing what Doyly did to get the Doll..
Cons::
--I only have 1,, which had nothing to do with the actual game.. It wasn''t the weather because I love snow,, but the fact that the weather gave me minor frostbite on my feet.. I''m just happy I was wearing Thermal Socks or that could have been bad!!
A Gargylen with a broken left horn, favouring a shield, and has a child like wonderment towards everything. He is also Head of the Hospital Guard, and due to recent events his Horns are now Blue and slightly sparkles.

I was actually really nervous about this game bringing over a character I've worked on for almost two years to a place where there are no life spells but it was such a great game! So glad to be back in Ralinwood!
Pros
+The fact I get to go back to Jericho and tell the tale of how more than 80% of town trusted a true fae and were killed and raised as undead.
+Every time a Fae came into whatever area I was, it was off into the snow as soon as I could.
+The spider web sudoku challenge was fun, though very difficult for a person with difficulty keeping lines and dots straight.
+The turning people undead was so cleverly done, that is why I fear fae.
+Shouting half the time as I looked for Primrose
+Sam's fake tears when she came back from being taken by the winter fae.
+Practically shouting the injustice of the fae's willingness to let the spring champion die especially since the hate for Fae in general.
+Not saying thank you to anyone all day! It was super hard to do as I tend to say it very often.
+Good NPC fighting, when in a room of newbies and healers fighting spiders it was thrilling to come out successful.
Constructive criticism
-The last mod while very important was just too late to be enjoyed. I understand the timing just didn't work out, but it was way too cold out. The weather is out of your control, but it should be taken into consideration, when clothing freezes solid it's just a little too much.
-Stating down and not taking one specific skill made me miss out on what could have been a very important and exciting mod for Melody, instead it turned said mod into a stand and watch.
-The NPC's confusion about the card travel method at the beginning, it made travelling between places a little more difficult.
Overall this was a great game to come back to after a couple games gone! I had a wonderful time and can't wait until next game!

Super fun event overall!!
Pros:
-NPC RP was fantastic!
-the puzzle aspect was a really nice change from just straight combat that seems to normally happen during day mods
-liked the idea or the card system and not knowing where you ended up
-LOVED the undead mod and being raised as an undead. Ash's wet dream.
-Had a great time in the snow!
Cons:
-The location of that last mod could have been a little better
-The balance of the last mod was a little frustrating. We were low on fighters this weekend to begin with and then on top of that having enemies that couldn't be effected by our spells it seemed (Like Yetis with phases and dodges and absorbs for some reason?) and all the massive, it became far less fun. If it wasn't for Theo the massive could have ruined us. Balance just needs a little work in my opinion in general.
Still overall an amazing event though! The shaper team is amazing this year regardless!
