Time able to leave for event: After work, 6:00 pm Toronto or 6:30 plus travel to pickup area.

Re: full-game NPC - as such, I can pack my life into a single backpack, maybe with a few extra little things.
I can grab coffee or tea or whatnot. If you bring a travel mug and give enough time beforehand, I can also offer fresh-ground coffee or anything from my extensive tea cabinet.
