Amongst the Dead [ August 30th, 9am ]

Sevatar walks within sight of the ruins that have been left of the docks. He stops and stares, before looking over his shoulder to see who followed the full way.

Kyrem can be seen following in the rattiest tunic he owns with matchingly rough pants. He is carrying a dimly glowing longsword in a sash tied around his waist. (At work, can't reply quickly if at all)

[Melody]

Melody follows behind, her borrowed clothes looking worse for wear.

Sevatar walks over to Melody and channels for a moment before incanting "I call upon Physignathus to grant Strength of the Firstborn". He walks over to Kyrem and stops. "Thank you for coming. May I cast a spell upon you to increase your strength? It'll help with what we have to do." He channels, incants the same thing again and taps his own shoulder.

Melody accepts the spell with a quick thank you, then heads towards the water.

[Bossova Vennirik]

Sat at the end of one of the docks with his coat wrapped around him and an intense glow coming from in front of him, Swiggins can be seen with his back to any who approach and a collab of broken bottle behind him spotted about fresher blood spots.
(To any who frequent the docks, they would recognize this as the dry dock Swiggins has been building his ship at. It is currently empty.)

If Kyrem accepts, Sevatar casts the spell on him. He doesn't otherwise.

Sevatar nods to Melody and then walks over to Swiggins when he notices him. "Captain. You've survived."

[Bossova Vennirik]

With a tear in his voice and a slight turn of his face, his left eye is flared in a bright glow and a few streaks of what could be blood mark his skin. Swiggins speaks in a tone not like him .

"Somebody took 'er Sevatar....Somebody took me fuckin' ship....Somebody killed these here poor sea folk....I go away to deal with Melinda refugees and supplies and return to this ? By the darkest depths Sevatar you best be giving me a good reason I shouldn't be gutting town for the culprit. "

[Promises]

Sevatar kneels down infront of Swiggins. "The culprit is demons. Kill as many as you like. Kill as many of the cultists as you want. But we still have to retrieve the bodies. And find your ship. And pull ourselves back together. Ralinwood needs to rebuild, not to turn on itself. There'll be ample time for vengeance after."

[Bossova Vennirik]

"Demons wouldn't take a ship and there ain't a a scrap of evidence they done it. The rest I can be seeing demons taking their jollys from."

Slowly Swiggins stands tall revealing a collection of cuts,gashes, and tears in his hands. He gestures about to the docks with a look of madness.

"Do I even wanna guess at what horseshite caused this lot of demons to practically level town?"
