So, with the new Alchemy 'remedy' to replace 'cure light wounds', do all the cure light wounds tags I have now just get considered remedies or do I have to live with the CLWs I have?

Once the change happens, it's like the old version never existed. So they've always been recovers.
We can redo tags if you turn in the new ones. I'll either post something fancier to make it more organized or it can just be done at the table.
