A New Year for the Ralinwood Arcanist Collective

Dear Ralinwood,

I am happy to report that after battling the unending nightmare that is Duvanian bureaucracy, the Ralinwood Arcanist Collective has gained another foothold in legitimacy and progress. We have established a stronger connection with the Republic Arcanist Collective in Duvain.

Exploration of the tower will resume shortly, now that the snows have abated and the flooding is minimal. We ask that all able bodied members keep an eye out for when we resume our expeditions.

Furthermore, I have announcements of what the Collective is able to offer to its members.

For All Members:

• There has been some discussion of setting up direct mentorship programs, as well as classes, for the members of the Collective.
  
• The actual success of this program relies on the participation of our members. I will not be forcing it to exist, but I will facilitate anyone that approaches us for teaching.
  
• We have limited ability to buy catalysts by request. I will make a purchasing request once a month if we have sufficient numbers to interest the RAC into making a shipment. There is currently no guarantee on their arrival or cost.
  

For Ritualists:

• We have begun to have access to some ritual scrolls, but they are still on a request by request basis.
  
• All requests for ritual scrolls from the Collective are to go through myself, Sevatar Loken, or anyone that assumes my position in the future.
  
• There is some potential for teachers in various areas of ritual magic. Inquire with the higher up you hate the least.
  

Elections:

• Our yearly election will be performed June 10th.
  

The positions up for election are:

• Acting Head Magus (until Theo's sabbatical has been finished or he resigns from the position)
  
• The Council of Three Positions. (Thus, all three.)
  

Interested Candidates are encouraged to discover the duties required as part of the dedication required for the positions.

Candidates will be accepted until June 10th, 9AM. All Candidates must give either written or verbal notice to Sevatar.


I am excited for the future this Collective holds.
It has been, and continues to be, a great honor to serve the Collective.
