Evening Drinks (TS Sept 6, 8:30pm)
#31
Riven enters the tavern quietly and sits down at his own private table. He busies himself with a notebook and mutters to himself.
A young human dressed in a tunic and pants. He wears black greaves and bracers and carries a sword that is just a bit too large for him.

*Trailed off for a moment, thinking, then comes back when Lamalas leaves*

"Maybe. Whatever the case, our decision is made. But I'd like to do it, sooner rather than later. Maybe... One evening soon? When it's dark, so they can't see as many of us? Still, I would prefer a solution that involved not... Not... Something more... Something thay could get behind. Something that gives me more legitimately. Long lasting legitimacy."

Sevatar stares off after Lamalas for a few seconds, offers a nod to Riven when he notices him while mouthing 'Dreamer' before looking back to Aminata. "The evening of the 16th? Or the 17th? Some time to plan."

He cracks his neck from side to side, sighing. "I'm not familiar with the laws of Duvain. How would a formal challenge be done?"

-He doesn't walk away from the group, just over to a bench, sitting down and waiting-

Riven's attention is caught by Sevatar. Flustered, he slouches down in his chair and buries himself deeper into his book, hiding his countenance from view.

"The sooner we can... get it over with, the better in my mind. Demons are a looming threat I want gone. Now. Last week. They'll only be held at bay for so long."

*Glances at Lamalas, turns slightly his way*

"Sorry - I know you need me. What would you like?"

*her eyes dart between Lamalas and Sevatar, trying to multi-task*

*Shakes her head*

"Yes, access, and I think I have one of those handy? I may be the only one in town willing to sell you something like this these days."

*Eyes dart to Sevatar and blink.*

"What are you willing to pay for a Strength of the Bear do you think?"

Well if you are willing to deal in trade, I don't really deal with coins. I have over 6 gold worth of some fine jewelry, and I have this here -He reaches into his pack and pulls out a demon's horn- I am not really sure what it does, but I know its magical.
