*A cloaked figure walks into the tavern and seats herself in a corner. She waves her hand at a barmaid walking about, and waves her over. She quietly waves at the brewmaster behind the bar.*
"Ask him for some fine wine. The day was hot and I want something dry for the evening."

Sevatar walks over to the table, taking a seat across from the cloaked figure. He cradles a staff against his shoulder and catches the barmaid's attention before she leaves. "Whiskey, neat." He looks over at the cloaked figure and tilts his head before looking towards the door.

Taking a moment to eye the customers, Capri chortles lightly as he reaches behind the bar and prepares a pair of low ball glasses. He hands them off to his bar maid and gives a small wave.

*Aminata accepts the glass and takes a lady like sip. She purses her lips, but smiles quite quickly afterwards. She then smiles a little loosely at Sven, her hood slipping a bit to reveal disheveled blonde hair.*
"It's too hot. Just.... Too hot. But still, so few people around to sit in the cool and quiet..."
*Looks around the room to see if anyone watches her. Then she gives a quick, lucid wink to Sevatar.*

Sevatar sips from the whiskey, nodding to the newcomer. "I thought about drawing my hood, too, but my robe is pretty distinctive for me, I think." He casts an eye towards the window. "Seasons are changing soon enough, I think."

*She adjust the hood forward. The cloak is dark navy, plain, non descript. She nods, then shrugs*
"Can't be helped for you I suppose? Though it may not be a bad thing... People around here seem to have taken to you. They trust your judgment and look up to you...."
*Trails off slightly. She looks as if she wishes to be casual, but clearly appraises Sevatar as she takea another sip.*

Sevatar, mid sip, grins and sets the glass down. He sighs. "I understand my most recent nickname was 'Dragon Prick'. I think, truly, the people appreciate the people that have stuck with the land the longest. Not many from the original boats are left, I don't think. You've been here a long while, too, dear Lady of Duvain."

"I have a House, a Name... I would hope that I made some of my own goodwill through my actions, but there is always that worry... But you. Where did you even come from? A solider? A prisoner?"
*squints a little, comically*
"Another secret bodyguard?"
*shakes her head again*
"We'll need people like you; after. I'll need you."
