Riven bites his lip as he mulls over what Lilith has said. "So do the demons have any type of hierarchy? Or is it more a territory--" He hears the bundle whistling through the air and looks up quickly. "καταράτοι" Not wanting to let it go into the tavern he tries to brace himself and takes the bundle in his chest but is knocked over. "Ego pedicabo et irrumabo vos" he manages to snarl between hacking coughs and searing pain. He struggles to throw the bundle off himself as the flames begin to sear him.

Lilith watches Riven struggle dispassionately, like she's watching a play. She continues to lecture, "There is hierarchy as with all living things - the weak submit to the strong. You must think of demons like mortals, with sightly different rules. There are demonic lords as there are mortal lords. There is, like in the material plane, no absolute centralised government, but smaller factions which control particular things or areas."

With one final push, Riven is able to shove the burning wood off himself. He rolls over to smother any embers that may have caught before picking himself up. He lets out an exasperated sigh "I see." He channels some more ice and begins patting down his scorched skin. "Aside from the one you mentioned before, are there any lords I should be particularly wary of? What kind of demon was the one that was inside me?"

"Goulgozt is another famous one - he seeks the destruction of all relationships between sentient beings, but he also appears to have a great deal of trouble influencing anything when sentient beings are conscious of it, so he isn't too much of a concern. Unless you're a particularly powerful leader.
Beliphagron is another, who seeks to destroy the beautiful and the healthy. He's something like the demonic equivalent of Haldora.
There are other local, smaller demon lords, but I'm honestly not particularly familiar with them yet. I don't know what was inside you. I never saw it."
