He lets out a guffaw before realigning his hat and turning towards the docks with a wave.
"If ya need to find me I'll be at the docks hopefully getting these Navy orders done proper. I swear some of these folks ain't ever built a boat before but I guess it be hard to get good skill like mine. If you got repairs needed for your ship come on by as well. I may be able to do something once my shifts switch. Zehahahaha!"
His steps leave slowly as his tools and weaponry rattle a bit on his person and he unhooks a dark bottle taking swigs of it while he walks.
