"I wouldn't sleep alone outside if I were you," Silv replied, gesturing and heading toward the tavern. "I'm not sure what will get you first...the critters the locals, or the other settlers. We all seem to be having a hard time getting along."

Callum starts to walk towards the tavern as Silv gestures towards it. "Is it really that bad out there? The two of you seem like friendly enough folk. Would rather like to be able to spend a night in the open after so many on that small ship." Callum laughs heartily. "I think I'll keep to my plan of the tree and take my chances, I think I'll just keep to the top of the tree instead of the bottom and stick closer to town. Do the two of you have a place to sleep yet that's not the tavern floor? Ye two be welcome to join me if ye wish, Safety in numbers and would be nice to find a spot for when me brothers land. Besides if ye was going to kill me I reckon you could have easily on that dock with ye bow Silv."

Silv smiled. "If I wanted to kill someone, Callum, I would never have let them see me in the first place. That aside, I tend not to develop a grudge until given a good reason."

She shook her head, however. "I will be due back at camp soon, or my companions...well, some of them...will come looking for me. But I can try to point you toward a good site in the morning--I'd not recommend blundering about in the dark. Sleep in the tavern for the night."

"I could tell that by lookin at ye lass I have seen many things in my life but never something that could sneak up behind me with such silence as you. I guess the tavern floor it is then, A shame to be sleeping on wood once again though" Callum says with a sigh.

The darkling chuckled. "I have an unfair advantage in the dark, don't feel too badly. And as to sleeping... You could always climb up on the roof... Though I'm not sure they'd like that."

"Aye you certainly do! I doubt they would enjoy that either, Probably best I don't go Climbing buildings on me first night here." Callum replies laughing.

"They might get a wee bit upset," she agreed, trying not to laugh. "What's one more night anyway? It will make tomorrow sweeter."

"Aye, If I'm going to get tossed out of a tavern I'd rather it be from merriment and drink than from taking a nap on their roof." Callum replies with a chuckle. "I suppose one more night wont hurt, better under the table then on that ship like me two brothers."
