The main fun of playing is taking part of the mods, so when for IG reasons only a few people are able to take part it makes for a dull time.
The last 'mod' was entirely PC driven and not really supposed to happen as I understand it. Blame the crazy obsessive dragon followers for that one. There was some gentle nudging that we weren't planned to go after that ship which was ignored
