Event Review - Worse things Happen at Sea

Am i correct to assume that the Lake, i recall seeing, is on the other side of the road? That makes me sad.

There is a lake on site. A real one. But for the purposes of this event we used the road as the waterfront just so we did have to walk all the way to the lake, and then all the way back just to begin the adventure.

I believe in future, weekend events the really-real lake will be the waterfront.
