Ladies and Gentlemen of Ralinwood,

There has been some misunderstanding about the mandate of the council. Apparently some misunderstanding about the leadership of the council as well. The mandate of the council comes directly from our Nobility. The council does not enact law, nor does it create law. That is solely in the hands of the Triumvirate. The council is simply meant as an extension, the council will take care of day to day business of the town. I have met with our Nobles, and they have outlined their requirements for this council and I will follow their word to the letter. I understand that there are those who have thoughts of the way that Jericho is run. Let me stop you there, for those that know me, you know that I have no interest in anything other than what we have before us. Ralinwood is my home, I simply wish to help the various factions to come together to pool their resources in aid of the town at large.

I am but a smith, I am looking to you, the town. If you want something more, if you have a challenge with the direction let me know. I am here for you.

You have no council, your words are rubbish. The amount of people on this fictitious council and those that support it can be counted on just two hands. At what point do you believe the majority of the town will ever heed to anything this minority of towns people decide.
