There is to be a meeting of the camps to elect members to a Town Council meant to oversee the needs of Ralinwood, and to report these needs to the Lords for their consideration as needed. Rolin will be the man to oversee the meetings and election process. I will stand as the leader for the moment, but we shall decide once other matters are settled.
All are welcome, but please be aware that this first meeting is mainly to discuss how the council is to operate and to see the interest. Order will be strictly kept.

I've noticed recently more and more organizations forming in town, but with vague ideas of what they stand for. Before we meet, please ponder what you feel the answers to the following questions should be:
Who's authority do you have to form this council?
Who does the council intend to council?
What is the purpose and mandate of this council?
I'm not sure what our local nobility's policies are, but keep in mind that in many parts of Duvain it is illegal, and seen as treasonous, to form either an overseeing body, or host of men-at-arms that are not in the direct employ of, or without the blessing of, a Lord or Lady.
I hope you have spoken to the remaining Lord and Lady, then, about your intentions, and have their blessing. If that is the case, I will gladly attend and hear you out.

Levi,
Please be assured that we received My Lord and Lady's blessings before this was brought forward. I would not presume to overstep in such a heinous fashion without their consent. Please forgive my oversight in not mentioning this here, as I assumed it would be obvious that I would not presume to do such a thing.
This meeting will be to discuss the mandate of the Town Council at the meeting. All are welcome to attend to hear what we have been given permission to do, and what we have in mind so far.

Ladies and Gentlemen of Ralinwood.
It is time for you to speak with your guilds, your groups and the members of your camp. Guilds and groups, please let me know by this weekend who will be representing you on the council.
We will also be holding a general election daybreak High Winter for 2 council seats elected by the general populace.
There will be an initial meeting of the council next week to discuss business for the next meeting mid day High Winter, as well as to keep our Nobles informed of the progress.
