The Ralinwood Arcanist Collective is proud to introduce the three new Councilors:

Lilith Caia

Viktor the Battlemage

Gwenivere Kolvis

I could not ask for finer persons to form the core of our Collective and guide us towards further heights.
Infrastructure and acquisition of relevant materials was core to many of the candidates positions, so I hope to see great strides there.

Some of our members have unique teaching capabilities and I believe Viktor, as one of them, will be excellent at developing our ability as an academy to perform greater tasks. 

It is our responsibility as those who have stood on the works of those before us to lower the rope. I have every confidence that we will work towards including others in our works.

If any of the Collective have found themselves outgrown of their spellbooks, please get in contact with me or any of the other leadership at your preference. We have, at minimum, the means to ensure you are memorizing to your full capacity.

The Council will soon have to begin determining to what extent we have the right to limit a Ritualist's free will to perform their magic within the confines of town. Presently there is no law or edict that governs this. The former will of the Collective was to leave the individual will of those who harness magic entirely unrestrained, but it may be necessary to adapt to the present day.

Lady Elizabeth graced us with her presence from the Republic Arcanist Collective and set our members to demonstrating their knowledge of the arcanic language used in all our circles to perform magic. The Collective was able to bind together in the absence of its leadership to demonstrate admirably. We have received from them the Enchanting Circle scroll, which has been used to extend two circles in town. We will be planning on offering their ability to identify items as a service to the town for the cost of two silver, lowered from five. However, this number will be run through the council and is subject to change. For those needs too pressing to wait for bureaucracy to process.

I offer my apologies to the collective that I was unable to remain to assist with the creation of the circles in the tavern. A sign from Physignathus called me onwards to action. Should my attention continue to be so divided, I will be giving up one of my responsibilities so that the other does not suffer. The Collective as a whole is certainly capable of keeping its leadership accountable and I will stress that I should not be given any special exception. If I am needed and not there, another should be found who will be. My service is an offer, not a requirement, and I would not have the Collective stifled under my incompetence. 

I can at least report that in recognition of the magic harnessed to commune with Physignathus, we impressed our benefactors from the Republic Arcanist Collective and have been granted an augment for the healing circles in town. It is our hope to combine this with a healing circle for the hospital to allow for a reliable source of healing available for public use, including the farmers, so that we may use our magical might to fight off the woes of battle and suffering.

I would like to offer special thanks to Jabba, who assisted tremendously in organizing the Collective's schedules for rituals this month. As always, the time involved in having them done was sporadic and didn't adhere completely, but it has given us a more realistic view of how many we can complete and with what rate of success.

I would also like to thank Ferdouz for his continued commitment to clarity, unity, and the good of those around him. It is rare to see a soul so focused on the good of us all and not just the indulgence of the self. I would encourage all of you to go listen to the collection of knowledge he has made.
