-turns to Alaxel- "Well we only have 3 doctors now and one seem's to have vanish for the cold season, so I think it only fair to let new-comers know who they can go to if they get sick...getting sick during the cold season can lead to a painful death" -turns back to Stefan- "Just Kare please, I haven't earned the title great doctor yet...but for a place to camp for new-comers is the town center" -points back over to where some tents are set up near town center- "After ye get to know the people of the other camps then after they say yer welcome ye can bed with another Camp"

Not if you want to be able to sell or trade goods with others. No one that has a lick of sense in their head would trust them during negotiations or around coin. Almost as bad as Kobolds.
