You won't get a meeting with him wandering around here. *Looks thoughtful for a second* Well, I guess you might. You never know what Lord Vinter will do. But if you want a better chance of finding him you should head to the pavilions where the nobles are camped.

Before Callum answers Iris he turns to his brother and says "Go back to ye books Muninn" with that said he turns to Iris "I have something I wish to talk to the lord about, certainly no romantic intentions as ye imply."
Callum then thanks the lass who pointed the way to the pavilions and walks towards them.

Ladies! I plan on doing a collection of criering on Friday near sundown. If you have anything special you would like announced please do not hesitate to let me know. With you not always being accessible Bairavi a short message saying you will be stopping by the tavern of Saturday afternoon for example would really help your business.

Bairavi is correct. Lord Vintner is always at the Pavilions except for when he is not. When you say hello make sure you stick your hand straight up into the air and sweep away from yourself and down. Extend the hello to a HEEELLLLLOOOOOO. He really likes that.
