Regarding the Kobold Pawp! and Weapons

This notice is to advise the town that the Kobold, known as Pawp!, is not to be provided weapons at this time as she is currently being punished for her actions during the time the Wendigo was in town.

Any weapon provided to Pawp! will be confiscated. 

The Wardens would like all of town to be aware of this situation so that you do not lose your weapon as a result of unknowingly providing it to the Kobold. Should this punishment be lifted, we will post an update to the notice so that all may be aware.

The kobold in question would like to proclaim how unfair she feels this is because some of the weapons taken were merchandise for sale;

-A short bow
-A steel sword

She says she cannot even begin to use those weapons and would like monetary compensation for those weapons alone. The silver daggers, she says, she understands. And now she is trying to explain why in a language I don't understand.


Please don't be cross with the messenger.

With my return from my journey ta find aid I been caught up on the events tha' went on down, If ya'll would be speakin' wit' this Chief so I can be understanding the extent to 'er punishment I'd be appreciating it.
I just wish ta be clear on the details ya got and to be sure I make it clear what she ain't ta be doin'.
