The House of Gomorrah has commissioned the construction of a pier along the waterfront for leisure and merchant stalls. The site chosen for the construction currently houses a submerged shipwreck. We are seeking salvagers in the efforts to remove the shipwreck from the harbour, with the intent to reuse wood from the ship, in the new construction. The tower has been sapped of it's power by the town's folk over using it to memorize their spells over their own spell books.  As a result it has been failing.  A Vulcan Dwarf Timothy Towerwatcher has been studying these effects and is working to help heal the tower.  The tower has dangers and casting in it can cause harm or death to yourself and everyone there.  Entering it without Timothy's presence will not be allowed by the tower and will result in death if attempted enough.
