Hospital Matters

People of Ralinwood,

Seeing as I have officially resumed co-running the Threefold Hospital of Ralinwood, I have an announcement. 

If you are interested in joining the hospital please feel free to find myself or Miahla to discuss membership. We are looking for healing casters, nature casters, and doctors in particular. Less so on psionicists and alchemists.

If you an an existing member, I am going to attempt to have a meeting in the foreseeable future to check in with people and see how we can better help each other. The time for this will depend on whether or not something tries to destroy town again. If a proper meeting is not possible I will seek you all out individually.

In addition, we are looking at hiring a new head of the hospital guard. While we will initially be looking at existing guard members to promote, we have woefully few of those so it is likely that we will be looking at outside applicants. This position requires:

• Combat skill - you will also be acting as a guard in addition to overseeing the rest, and providing guidance to newer guards might be necessary
  
• Leadership - the guard team is rather small but you must ensure that they are adequately trained, assigned to somebody who suits their fighting style, and not an axe murderer
  
• Actually being around and not vanishing into the woods for months at a time 
  
• The ability to do your job without constant supervision - both heads of the hospital travel around frequently
  
• Good judge of character - see the above desire to avoid axe murderers
  

If you think you would be a good fit for this feel free to approach during the meeting or afterward and we will take a look at what you can bring to the hospital.

And finally, we will be attempting to survey camps to see which groups are large enough to benefit from being invested in the town’s resurrection circle once that is recast this year. We are unlikely to be casting until the early fall but if you represent a camp and wish a member invested, feel free to discuss that with myself or Miahla. We cannot guarantee you a spot and preference goes to larger groups and those without an outside means of resurrection (ex. Henges, Monoliths, etc…). We are also looking for those who can cast healing rituals and enchanting rituals for the actual casting of the circle before we go talk to the RAC. The caster would preferably be able to cast up to seventh level rituals, depending on what augments we manage to acquire.
