I came to your treaty talk to pick a Union steward. They will be the one you contact with questions or to join the Union or whatever else. If you wish to join the Union there is currently no fee, but a member of the Union must vouch for you.
The Union steward is the wild elf Miahla of the Silver Leaf. In her absence, her second is the human Dexter Hightower. Think of them as my representatives - and treat them accordingly.
