Demetria can be seen by the shoreline. There are a couple torches set up near by that she appears to be lighting small candles with. Each candle has a piece of wood attached to the bottom of it.
When she finishes lighting one she sets them down by the edge of the water before starting on another one.
There aren't many. There looks to be no more than 13 candles altogether.

Demetria nods. She tilts her head thoughtfully for a moment.
"Cousin Carmen is really kind. We didn't know each other for very long and she was already treating me like one of her family. She's very funny and tells some of the best jokes! She's very sweet and happy. When she laughs you feel like laughing and her smiles are so bright they light up the whole room. Cousin Carmen has this happy energy about her that just makes you feel happy too. I had a nice time getting to know my cousin and I'll always treasure that time we shared. I don't know where she is now.. I mean I hope she's okay but I mostly just wanted to do something in her memory. Where ever she is I want her to know we're thinking of her still and she won't be forgotten."
