Candles in the Wind [Feb. 10th 6:30pm] - Demetria - 02-10-2017
Demetria can be seen by the shoreline. There are a couple torches set up near by that she appears to be lighting small candles with. Each candle has a piece of wood attached to the bottom of it.
When she finishes lighting one she sets them down by the edge of the water before starting on another one.
There aren't many. There looks to be no more than 13 candles altogether.

Riven walks up quietly and sits next to her as she works.

Carrion joins the two of them, carefully making his way down to the shore.

After Demetria finishes lighting the 13th candle, she holds it in her hands as she turns to her friends and smiles.
"Thank you for coming. I really appreciate you taking time out of your day."

Riven nods in agreement "Tell me about them Dem? I wasn't here so, never got the chance to meet 'em"

Demetria nods. She tilts her head thoughtfully for a moment.
"Cousin Carmen is really kind. We didn't know each other for very long and she was already treating me like one of her family. She's very funny and tells some of the best jokes! She's very sweet and happy. When she laughs you feel like laughing and her smiles are so bright they light up the whole room. Cousin Carmen has this happy energy about her that just makes you feel happy too. I had a nice time getting to know my cousin and I'll always treasure that time we shared. I don't know where she is now.. I mean I hope she's okay but I mostly just wanted to do something in her memory. Where ever she is I want her to know we're thinking of her still and she won't be forgotten."
She looks down at the candle in her hands as she speaks and watches the flame.

He smiles at her as he pulls a deck of cards out of his pouch and begins shuffling "Well, if you want, we can do an augury and see if we can track her down? I'd wait a bit for now though. Give her some time to show up. But if you get impatient I'd be glad to help"

"I've not yet had a chance to speak to Papa or the others in her family yet, but I hope to ask after her soon. If nothing else, it'll give me a chance to pass along our respects."
