A leaflet flutters idly in the breeze. It is penned in bold ink text, and on the bottom one can see the imprint of a nightingale on red wax, with its wings splayed in a "V", a signet ring signature.
"Dear Citizens of Ralinwood,
It is with great pleasure that I announce the establishment of Ralinwood's first marketplace. With the blessing of the Lord and Lady, on select days the market shall be set up in the Town Centre under a large tent. Tables will be made available, and you are all encouraged to take a table to sell your wares, items and resources there to the public. If word spreads enough, traders from across the known world may come here to buy and sell.
On February 18th, at 8 bells time, the Market shall open, and will close in the evening.
Administration and arbitration of disputes will be headed by Alaxel Vane. If you have any questions, please speak with her.
