We are trying something new this event. We will be renting out 2 of the cabins to players. The first cabin will be a private cabin for flat rate of $150. This will be first come first serve, meaning the first person or group to pay will get the cabin to do with as they will. If a group cabin is rented by a camp it is up to you to determine who pays how much. We will accept one group payment not 8 individual ones. The second cabin will be individual bed rentals. These will be rented out at $10 a bed. These are first come first serve as well. There are 6 bunks so 12 beds available. If you want to guarantee a spot for the group cabin or individual rentals you can pay online (email Michelle to do this).
Both cabins have heat and electricity. We expect players to remain IG while in their cabins. Cabins may not be locked IG unless a lock tag has been purchased from an IG locksmith. Cabins may never be OOG locked. We ask that those using the cabins either use some form of IG/period lighting (battery operated candles, liquid lights, etc). Combat is permitted in the cabins however we ask that you keep this to a minimum if possible. The cabins are tight for space and we don’t want injuries or damage. Red armband combat is not allowed in the cabins.
The rules for searching someone’s bunk or possessions are the same as with searching a tent. You must have a shaper or an owner present. If you are not one of the individuals renting a cabin you may not enter it without a shaper or by invitation of one of the renters. For those staying in the cabins we ask that you clearly mark your OOG bags with a white ribbon. We will not tolerate any player searching through someone’s OOG belongings.
