Are you having this rule in effect on the first day mod event, May 10?
Dark skinned orc, studded leather armour, 2 sheathed long swords, spear on back.

Red arm banding will be allowed. As normal, it isn't allowed for a player's first game, so only people who have played at least one UW event can do it. You'll just have to do the training again and sign a new waiver.
