Hey guys! Since this season is about to begin, I have taken on more New Player Liaisons!
Let's welcome Elias Tragas and Rebecca Wiler!
If you don't know what these New Player Liaisons do, that's ok, I will explain.
New Player Liaisons, or NPLs as we call them are the face of Underworld to our new and potential players. A New Player Liaison is responsible for answering questions from new players as well as meeting them at their first event to welcoming them to the game. They are well versed in the rules, our Guild policies, safety regulations and general customer service.
We are taking a page from Underworld Jericho and implementing a yellow armband/weapon wrap for our NPLs so that they are easily identifiable. If you are a new player and have no idea what is going on, or what you should be doing, find these people because they are to help.
