The coming horde.

Friends and family of the colony of Ralinwood.   I have been appointed acting general for our colony.  I understand that a potential reinforcement from the capital is coming.  My Lord Bantry has also ensured that I will be a part of the war room of the newly placed command.  Until then, we need to assume that we are on our own.  Healers stock up, smiths, make ready, we need supplies.  Rangor, Moon, and myself are looking into an option to help the town's odds.  Our odds are greater if we all pull together... I have seen some of the census, our town is filled with talented folks, those that I am proud to call as friends.  All of you  have much to contribute, those that can make a difference.  I have pledged my fealty to the triumvirate, to all three of our nobility.  I have no agenda, I have no politics, I have only the desire to ensure our continued existence.  For those that wish to lend a hand, let me know, I am in Emberside, our time is becoming increasingly short.  For those who follow the fringe, the time has come to choose a side.  As we are facing attack on two fronts, better sooner than later.

Very well, I will take it that the majority of the populace of Ralinwood wishes to spend their last days waiting to die. Obviously there must be something coming to counteract this feeling of salvation. Have you seen a warship? Have you seen a station of troops? We are what we have available, we are coming to that point of no return. I am not the waiting kind, I have no interest in sitting on my hands when we can structure our own future. I have been working with Rangor and Moon on strikes to preempt the numbers. You can fall down and choose death or possum, but what glory should we win against these odds.
