For the purposes of ritual effects that state "building" as their target please treat this as "structure". Structure will include cabins and tents. Tents as per previous policies may be cut into making mundane locks less effective for them. However with this clarification the effects of things like wizard locks can be applied to tents so long as the tent is presumed not to have moved between events.
