Regent Titus Accius and Assistant Renee will be available in the early hours of 4 - 5 bells of the afternoon on April 6th to address the matter of Writs of Use and Citizenship.
All those who have previously voiced desire to obtain either such writ, please be in attendance at the Gilded Dragon Tavern at this time.
The Regent and his wardens are not responsible for tracking you down. If you are unable to attend for any reason, you will have to wait until next month.
