I've been trying for months to get a ritualist to hold still long enough to make me one. I can, however, talk to somebody I know to own one and see if they'll let you borrow it as long as it will be returned to them after. As for the spear, bow and hammer, talk to Roland the Draconian or Ancel if the kid is actually sticking around town for a bit. They might be sympathetic if you say it's for the Thing. Remedy wise, Maximus is a talented alchemist, as is Miahla. Materials... hmm. I'll talk to Zia and see if anybody else can make usable stock. I happen to have a large number of remedies, though, I can contribute some of those."
