Just started learning how to work with Sigil scrolls efficiently. It will likely be a few months before I am able to harvest and craft them—I’m aiming for early spring. However, if patience is no issue for you:
I can be found in the campsite that was once known as Emerald Company, or around the town fire. Easier than looking for me while I’m on patrol.
