The item in question has been returned to Pawp!.
Despite Jannika having lost a similar catalyst almost a year ago, there is no evidence to suggest that Pawp! did not recover the vial from the Mist Marauder as she claims to have. In fact, sources were able to confirm that she was present during the time that she said she was. Furthermore, though the item is certainly unique, there is no way to definitively prove that it belonged to Jannika in the first place. Thus, the catalyst remains a looted treasure, and is rightfully Pawp!'s.
