I'm afraid I'll be gone for a little while. A few months, mayhaps. The tide beckons, and I follow. Like the tide, I shall return; hopefully with new lessons and wise words - maybe some coin too, or a good song.
This town lacks those with my stitching abilities in any formidable number. As such, I'd greatly appreciate if you didn't get yourselves killed during my absence. If you suffer any wounds, try to get someone else to patch them up, or try and stem the bleeding for a few moons until I'm back.
Words of advice: If your wounds fester, you'll get gangrene. If you eat raccoons near town, they'll be full of filth. If you feel these two examples are personal attacks - yes, they are, stop making decisions which are clearly and obviously bad ideas to anyone with half a brain. If you're going to make bad decisions, make them "charge into a pack of murkers" or something else which can at least benefit the town when it inevitably goes sour. Gutworm from raccoon meat does not benefit the town. Me coming back and lopping your arm off also does not benefit the town; you'll need alchemy or magic to get that thing back, and those aren't cheap.
I depart very shortly; two or three days hence, depending on the seas. If you'd like to speak to me before I go, come find me before then.
