Esteemed Citizens,
For the second time in a few weeks' span, I have been confronted with forces seeking to collect or claim dominion over Elves. Last time, Elven farmers were rescued from minotaur which had captured them and claimed to seek more. This time vampires, in the physical vessel of Wild Elves, seeked to collect more. One of the local Wild Elf tribes has been ravaged, their once-proud members reduced to seeking our charity for food instead of taking up their noble hunt. I am unsure if this is related to the vampires, to other sources of undead, or if all is tied to one problem.
What is happening here? Who is behind this, and what is being done to put an end to it? Perhaps they are unrelated, a strange coincidence that all this misfortune befalls Thalan specifically?
I'm reaching out to anyone, warden or private citizen: If you have information that can be shared publicly, please do so, for all our sakes. If the information is too sensitive for such, please come find me if you are willing to share it with me. If I hear nothing by week's end, I will assume no one has answers to provide, no one means to do anything about it, and I will take it upon myself to resolve it to whatever extent I can as someone who does not wield the authority of the paper-law.
