*The young man looks back at the shoreline and hurries along to the hospital table with Myra. Once there he stands up on a chair.*
"Town crier, would you be a good man and repeat what I say at an increased volume?"
*He waits for Ludvic a few moments and begins.*
"Good to see you all bristling with sharp pointy metal! That is what I was hoping for. I am Philip Urquat, Squire to Lady Urquat. Lord Vintner, Lady Urquat, and Lord Bantry will disembark in a few days time. You will be pleased to know everything is going as scheduled."
*He smiles broadly.*
"This is not our first time establishing a village, so rest assured that all the proper services will be established shortly. Lady Urquat even intends to set a healing circle for those who swear fealty to her."
