Good Evening Ralinwood.
Underworld Ralinwood will be conducting a rewrite of all magic item tags in the database starting at the May 2016 game. This is a mandatory rewrite; all existing magic item tags or number coded tags must be turned in to be re-written, similar in fashion to the armour tag rewrite that occurred last year.
We aim to have all rewriting done before Warcry 2016, which means you must bring in all tags to either the May or June game. If you are unable to attend either of these games you need to contact Brittany Ward on the shaper team to set up an alternative arrangement. This can be done by sending an email to ralinwoodshapers@gmail.com with the subject line "Magic Item Update 2016 - Attention Brittany".
Any old tags will be considered invalid as of August 1st, 2016, meaning they will not be valid for the August game or any game thereafter.
*NOTE: Even if your tag is expired, we NEED you to bring it to us at logistics and turn it in so we can account for where things are! Expired tags for magic items are to be turned in, and the same goes for tags that are used up! They must must MUST be turned in. You do NOT tear them up and dispose of them yourself.
In the meantime - please fill out this form if you have any magic item tags on any characters in the guild, even if you aren't currently playing them. You are still required to bring your tags to game, of course, this is just helping us figure out what's accounted for and what's lost in mists.
