*snorts at the gnome's mention of Captain, then frowns*
"Captain, eh? He's as good tried and flogged twice then. Serves him right. The sod needs it."
*Nods absently at the two short men, then turns back to the barmaid, the cup in his hand all but forgotten, listing to the side, face stern but no longer furious.*
"Girl, just show me them permits and I'll be off. If not, I'm afraid we're going to have to insist that you lot clear outta here until this bar gets the permits it needs."
