Honestly, of all the games I've attended so far (back to All-Hallows) This was the best experience I had. I supremely enjoyed the hunt with the martial adviser, the rp was fun, and the fights were plentiful and very rewarding. Honestly I'm pretty sure we were on the hunt for like 2-3 hours and it was awesome. Finding the cabin and getting to uncover the explosive plot was awesome as well. I felt very much like if you were involving yourself and willing to get covered in mud and wet then the game had an enormous amount to offer as a day mod.
-Pros :
-Everything with the hunt
-The explosive present
-getting to rp with people I have not done so with yet
-getting webbed and attacked by a charmed bear... damn garglyn thing
-getting asked to join a buck hunt later in the day
-lily pad was a great improvised fight scenario and I really enjoyed it.
- leaving a bear and skunk to fight eachother, watching bear run away
- Having enough small things going on that the "everyone is a blob thing" didn't seem to occur as much, if at all.
Cons
-players just ignoring the skunk stink and not showing any reaction or fear of it (I assumed it was like... horrible awful, like burn your eyes stench and make you vomit stench)
