Hallows stories never get old. All of mine are from the other side of the game, which honestly, NPCs and Shapers have the best stories.
One of my top 10 favourite moments happened many years ago while I was playing a Banshee...but the players didn't know that. I was walking around town in the middle of the night, there is no one around until a couple of people walk by. Concerned, the one guy moves forward to see if I needed help. He though I was lonely spirit or just a very pale woman. His friend (it was Morgaine I think
) behind him was telling him to run, and get away, but he insisted on helping me, so he moved closer until he was only a few inches away from my face at which point I screamed with all that I had and sent him running. I have never been so giddy, it was so hard not to giggle with glee.
Luckily I suck at throwing packets so I never hit him with my Wale of Death.
