PC's making Siege Weapons

I have a idea for a character which involves him (hopefully) making Siege Weapons. Now I know that Craftsman levels would be required and probably some blacksmithing to put it all together. I saw how the last event Siege weapons were made and I was wondering if I did go through with a Siege weapon Maker idea, what would/could I be allowed to make? No real rush to get an answer back from those who would be in charge about this topic but I would love to build Ralinwood reps like they did last event ^^
