This event looked to be fairly well organized and well run. I didn't see a lot of it, and there were a few tweaks that maybe could be made, but otherwise pretty good overall.
+Chuggsy is always fun
+New lord. The dresses are for his lady. The dog is Lady! Wait, what are the dresses for?
+Town drama
+Getting drunk after the fighting was all over
+Having lots of armour saved my bacon
+Being the human quiver for a very good archer, and good RP from the treants
+Good NPC costuming for the nobles (Nice shirt lord Curum!) and Kitsune.
+Recovered maps and letters.
+Very honest bandits.
+NPCs did a great job RPing and fighting.
-Brood egg surgery required? Maybe the PCs mis-interpreted what happened, but when you pay for a 5 hour day mod and have to spend an hour sitting on your butt recovering from surgery, and 30 minutes on top of that waiting for a physician to RP the surgery and etc, it is best saved for weekend events. I guarded one of my camp mates that had surgery and both of us only saw the first and last mod because of it.
-Things swinging for enough acid that each swing was essentially a body vital blow for most of the playerbase. Save that for Jericho.
-Not a lot for non-fighters to do. The last mod was great if you were one of the like 15 armoured fighters, but most of the rest milled around the back of the group looking bored.
