Join Request E-mails for Emerald Camp

OK! I have been looking into it and I still don't know why it is sending emails to EVERYONE, but I have fixed it...Kind of.

I have removed the option to 'Join Group". Moderators are still able to add and remove members, but people are no longer able to join groups willy nilly.
