It is with great pleasure that the Council of Twelve announces their appointments for the triumvirate which will keep Duvainian order in the new settlement of Ralinwood. The selected triumvir are Lord Eldridge Vintner, Lady Sylvia Urquart and Lord Ambrose Bantry. Though they come from small merchant Houses, each family is distinguished in its own right and the council notes with satisfaction that the three houses offer a balanced representation of the coastal communities, the inland farms and the highways and villages between.
Lord Vintner is a studious man best known in Greenwinter for his study of carnivorous seaweeds which has saved the lives of dozens of sailors. His is one of the only Wood Fae merchant Houses in Duvain.
Lady Urquart comes from a small but venerable coastal family known for their generous support of the Temple of Physignathus. Servants of the Urquart House are very loyal and tend to stay in the family for many generations.
Lord Bantry's family has shared in the triumvirates of many developing communities where their promotion by merit and their unyielding republic values have garnered much success.
