No Harm to Baltazaar

Baltazaar has come before the law to accept responsibility for the assault of his fellow citizen, Silvie. He has been instructed not to leave the settlement while the crime is being investigated and his punishment is being determined. I beg those angered by the act to remember that vigilantism is a form of anarchy and they must allow justice to be meted out by the law. For so long as he makes no attempt to flee Ralinwood, Baltazaar is not to be harmed.
