Paying for Character Registration

Hello Ralinwood,

Sorry, this may or may not be already posted somewhere but alas I have not seen said post. I was wondering to whom do I pay the registration fee too? Also I have some new players that want to join Ralinwood this year and I'm currently helping them with their Log. Are we allowed to pay for someone elses character to be logged. (For example: they hand me the money and I just use my account if it is e-pay or pay pal?)

Also I was wondering I still have to pay to register Neomi, because I still haven't heard back from anyone since the facebook post.
