Making Bracelets

Claudia sits at town fire with a pouch of multi-coloured string beside her. With it is a small knife to cut each string to length to make her traditional bracelets. It was small gifted talent left by her mother. She expertly started her first bracelet, "I be vondering if someone be interested in 'ne of these."

Silv stops by the fire on the way down the path toward the stream, pausing near Claudia to watch her weave the brightly coloured strands together. The darkling smiled. "I imagine it will be very pretty once you finish it. Is it for someone special?"

Callum notices Silv and walks into the area surrounding the town fire calling out "Evening Lasses anything interesting going on in the moonlight?" Upon entering the light of the fire, Callum turns to the Ajanti and says "I am not sure we have met before, though I do take a couple hard knock to me head daily so I could be wrong. I'm Callum McKracken."

Claudia looks up from her bracelet making and smiles at the Carnal Fae, "Vhy T'ank you. It is for my Husband Cade. Vould you like one too?"

When Callum enters the conversation she laughs, "Evening Callum. I'm Claudia Vandemere; Ajanti wife of Cade. Ve probably met before 'ut I'm terrible at names. I'm sorry." She listened to him mention a few good hits to the head daily and with concern she replied, "Oh my. I 'ave a potion of 'ealing. Vill you be needin it? I've got those for 5 silver a piece, but I always offer deals with alchemy."

Silv smiled. "That might be nice...I'll have to think of something to make you in return."

Callum laughs "I'm of Einish blood, if its not the merkers its me brothers settling disputes. I'm use to fightin. But if I come across anything ye may need I will certainly trade ye for some stuff to dull the pain, or if my pouch allows it I shall remember ye post haste" Callum finds a seat near the fire. "Do ye do many crafts lass? Potions making, and I see ye make accessories as well"

Claudia smiled at the lovely Carnal Fae, "Not a vorry. Claudia loves making t'ings for her friends. Da! May it be a gift of friendship between us."

She pulled out the many coloured string options for the lady to choose from. From dark colours and shades such as black and reds, to the light pastels; Claudia had an assortment of colours to choose from, "V'ich colours vould you like?"

She quickly realized that she didn't know the other's name, "I'm sorry. I in'roduced myself to Callum, but not you. I sorry. I am Claudia Vandemere," she said holding out her hand to shake, "Ajanti vife of Cade."

Claudia's eyes widen in happiness at the thought of trading for alchemy. She loved raw materials. It made her craft so much easier to do, "Vhy t'ank you for con'idering me Callum. Sure! I trade. Claudia never says no too good deals!"

His comment about her hobbies brought back memories of her mama, "Crafts are Ajanti speciality. Vhatev'er make money for Aja, Aja do. Although t'e bracelet making is a special talent, taught to me by Mama. It makes perfect gifts for friends and family. Cousins love bracelets."

"Ye be the first alchemist I have met out here Lass and I have no need for herbs and the likes I am more then happy to trade" Callum chuckles, "The bracelets are a wonderful craft, the only thing me father left with me was to swing my sword."

The fae's eyes brightened as she looked at so many lovely cookies, and she chuckled ruefully. "I'm nor sure I could ever choose!" she paused a moment and then nodded "It is wonderful to meet you, Claudia. I am Silv.". She looked over the colors again, then shook her head. "I love cold colors... Like blues and greens and purples... But you are the artist, I trust your judgment. What are your favorite colors?"

"Ah, There be Alchemists here, but Cousin Claudia always considers good deals." She said to Callum, "Vhy Thank you friend. Vould you be interested in one too? May'e for a fa'r lady? A svinging svord is alvays useful. Especially against de Spiders! Da?"

Claudia looked back a Silv and smiled, "Vonderful to meet you too. Da!"

"Yes, there is many colours da? Cousin Claudia loves lots of colours. My favourite is pink. But, I see you are folloving de Lady as vell. Why not I make you one of the vater colours." She pulls out four colours, navy blue, vibrant green, light blue and a rich purple string. "Vhat about 'hese colours?"
