Got a magic item here that says it has 1/ day "bane" (psionic)
I searched the rulebook, fragbook, Monster Ability forum and I can't find a listing for a 'bane' effect. Can someone tell me what this does? Would be much appreciated!

Bane is a ritual advanced reflect magic.
A human of average height and above average weight, wears a lot of blue and whenever possible a Mark of the Firstborn.
